Standard Maintenance Cleaning

- A basic clean is designed to maintain a tidy, comfortable home by focusing on the areas used most often. This includes dusting surfaces and light fixtures, wiping down countertops and high-touch areas, and general straightening of spaces. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Kitchen areas are refreshed by cleaning countertops, the exterior of appliances, the interior of the microwave, and the sink.Floors are thoroughly cared for with vacuuming of carpets and rugs, along with sweeping and mopping of hard surfaces.
- Prices starting at $150 - $350 dependent on size and condition of home.
- $50 first clean fee may apply

- Baseboards (per room) — $40
- Blinds — $7 per set
- Laundry Services (wash/dry/fold per load) — $25
- Interior Window Cleaning (per window) — $7
Move-In / Move-Out (Vacant Home Only )

Organizing Services
- Basic Organizing Services (per hour) — $60
- Pantry Project — $125—$175
- Closets — $100—$200
- Declutter Session (3-hour minimum) — $200

• Independent Workflow
To maintain quality and consistency, cleanings are completed using my established process. I’m not able to accommodate real-time direction, walkthroughs, or re-cleaning during the appointment.
• Post-Clean Follow-Up
If anything was missed, please reach out within 24 hours. I’m happy to come back and make it right.
